KFI Engineers acquires EBCx Services
ST. PAUL, MN — August 3, 2026 – KFI Engineers, a recognized industry leader in process and facility infrastructure design, announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire EBCx Services, a Hernando, FL based Retro Commissioning firm.
EBCx Services was formed in 2016 by Scott Gordon, focusing on optimizing building performance through technical commissioning, retro commissioning and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) services, across a variety of sectors including military, government, manufacturing, commercial real estate and high-tech industries. EBCx Services evolved after decades of experience within the mechanical services, TAB and commissioning industries.
